This notice explains how Frecall uses cookies and similar browser technologies such as local storage, session storage, and software development kit identifiers.
The public information website is designed to work without advertising cookies. Frecall's signed-in applications use essential browser storage to keep accounts secure and preserve necessary preferences.
1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text records saved by a website in your browser. Local and session storage perform similar functions within the browser. These technologies can remember a signed-in session, preserve a setting, protect a form, understand whether a feature works, or measure site use.
2. The public Frecall website
The public website does not require an account and does not intentionally set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may record privacy-conscious interaction events only when an approved analytics service is configured. We do not use those events to build advertising profiles or follow visitors across unrelated websites.
Security and hosting providers may process basic request logs, including IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser information, and error status, to deliver and protect the website.
3. Manager, agent, and caller applications
The Frecall applications may use essential browser storage for:
- authentication and account-session continuity;
- security controls and fraud prevention;
- light or dark theme preference;
- audio, speaker, microphone, and interface preferences;
- queue and call-session continuity;
- temporary API or request state needed to complete an operation; and
- error handling, reliability, and performance diagnostics.
Disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in, calling, or other parts of the Service from working correctly.
4. Third-party content
A business may configure YouTube waiting media or another external service in a call room. Loading or interacting with that content may allow the third party to set its own cookies or process device data under its own privacy terms. Frecall does not control third-party cookies.
Payment pages opened through a payment provider may also use cookies required to authenticate and complete a transaction.
5. Managing your choices
You can review, block, or delete cookies and site data through browser settings. Blocking all browser storage may sign you out and may stop microphone, queue, payment, or preference features from working as intended.
If Frecall introduces non-essential cookies that require consent, we will provide a choice before those cookies are used. We will update this notice when our practices materially change.
